"I am a Singapore based visual artist, who is intrigued by human relationships and narratives in culture. I translate my studies with mediums my ideas discern most appropriate for.
People and stories are at the heart of why I create art; it is the reason that propels my practice to reflect current cultures and narratives - to connect & inspire the community with stories that would rarely be found in textbooks.
I approach my works in a systematic layered manner, the very same way I believe social conditionings are formed. In the process, I re-examine the structure through origins, progress, and development. Therefore, through my works, I hope to pose an alternate understanding in the place we are acquainted with; creating new narratives through aspects of history, time & culture."
